Bill began his career in the financial services industry in 2005 with Commonwealth Financial Network, where he was an advisor for more than 20 years. In 2025, he partnered with Connie DiNicola and they established Pagano/DiNicola Wealth Management & Strategic Tax Solutions. Bill holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation which he obtained in November 2008, as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation which he obtained in 2011. Bill received his BS from SUNY Oswego in 1998 and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. He is also licensed for health and variable life insurance in New York.

Bill was born and raised in Ontario, NY and now lives in Webster, NY with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters: Brooklyn & Bristol. Bill loves to spend time with his family and in his free time, you will find him playing golf, or traveling with his family to their daughters different sporting events.
